It is suitable for large-scale or partitioned application scenarios, effectively ensuring the system’s normal operation and maintenance management.
- Luminaire Structure and Working Principle
The housing of the communication bridge module is made of metal materials, featuring a sturdy structure and a clean appearance. The enclosure is equipped with a door that can be opened and locked, facilitating maintenance and ensuring safe, reliable use. The main components include circuit boards, battery packs, and switching power supplies, all securely mounted within a metal framework. The incoming lines include three-phase power lines and CAN communication lines, while the outgoing lines are two-wire communication lines connecting to terminal devices. The module has a built-in battery pack that provides power to the communication circuit in the event of main power abnormalities, ensuring stable communication functionality. The backup power circuit is designed with comprehensive overcharge and over-discharge protection, fully automatic intelligent fault detection, and visual alarm functions.
Fixture Working Principle: The module is powered by the mains electricity while simultaneously charging the built-in battery. In the event of a power outage, the built-in battery supplies power to the module to maintain communication, thereby enabling the management of emergency lighting fixtures.
